Digital Acoustic Pedestrian Signal is using sound to warn visually disabled to beware of the place of signal intersection and alert them of sound signals. In the top cover, a vibrator is mounted which provides a rapid vibration during WALK. A choice of 16 unique sound characteristics, enables separate sounds to be used for different walking directions. 3 different messages lasting from 1-8 seconds can easily be recorded and is automatically activated when the green phase begins. The units come with an electro-oxidized housing, LEDs, electronic front panel, silicon coated electronics and much more, setting the standard for high quality and long life. A LED panel lights up when the button is pressed. Use of a PDA allowing for additional settings.
